Greg began his journey in multifamily investing in 2015 at the same time he retired from active duty in the Marine Corps as a lieutenant colonel. He has been a General Partner (GP) or co-GP on over 1,000 units and $150M of asset volume in AZ, TX, and CO through his company, BluSky Equity Partners. He has gone through educational programs on multifamily acquisition, asset management, and capital raising and is passionate about passing his knowledge on and helping others build stability and grow wealth through real estate investing. Greg lives in Temecula, CA with his wife Tina. They have three adult daughters.

Rebecca Moore is the co-founder of Starboard Equity. Since 2014, she has invested as a Limited Partner in thousands of doors and has syndicated as the lead General Partner in the acquisition of eight properties. Her first property to go full cycle generated a 31% IRR and 2.76% equity multiple for investors while improving the community for tenants. Currently, Rebecca is a primary asset manager for her portfolio totaling $147MM.

Tim recently retired from his Corporate W2 job after 25+ years in Multi-Store Leadership.
He started his journey into Real Estate Investing in 2018 and through JV Partnerships now owns/operates 179 units across 5 MultiFamily Assets in Phoenix and Tucson.After many years in Leadership and Mentoring Others, Tim now aspires to Influence as many people along the way that have a desire to learn Real Estate Investing in order to have the ability to Design their own Lifestyle and achieve the Most Valuable Asset we have in Life…. Ownership of our Time.

Steven has successful experience from residential to multi-family to commercial real estate over the past 9 years. He invests in different industries but concentrates mainly in real estate. Prior to being a real estate investor/operator, Steven was in the technology business for 28 years as an Executive, multi patent holder and leading areas of sales, marketing, operations, logistics, budgeting and strategy with companies such as Vizio, D-Link and Zyxel. His real estate portfolio spans multiple states: CA, CO, IN, MN, NV, NY, OH, OR, TN and TX.

Jenny is a Managing Partner at Vertical Street Ventures and currently is the Dean of the VSV Multifamily Academy. She started investing in 2017 and has a portfolio of both single family homes and apartment syndications. Prior to VSV, Jenny spent 13 years as a Sales Director at Procter & Gamble leading sales strategies and managing cross functional teams.

Steven is a Managing Partner at Vertical Street Ventures and leads capital projects and key strategic partnerships. Steve started investing in 2011 and has a portfolio of both single family homes and apartment syndications. Prior to VSV, Steve spent over 25 years in various sales leadership roles at Mercer and Metlife.

Kyle is a Managing Partner at Vertical Street Ventures and leads acquisitions and oversees asset management. He started investing in 2010 and has a portfolio of apartment syndications across the US. Prior to VSV, Kyle had over 20 years of experience operating business, his most recent role as Regional Manager at a golf management company.

Jonathan grew up in Arizona attending the University of Arizona for undergrad and law school, and was on law review while earning his Juris Doctorate. He worked for a hedge fund trading stock options at the Chicago Board Options Exchange and the American Stock Exchange. He also worked at Merrill Lynch advising high net worth clients, and has completed level 2 of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) program. Jonathan has syndicated 1300 units across 11 multifamily properties in Dallas and Arizona.

Vinny brings an extensive and diverse real estate background with experience in single family, multifamily hospitality, office, retail, industrial, student housing, senior housing, and parking. In his career, Vinny has managed over $4B in RE assets from both debt and equity positions. Vinny holds two Bachelor’s degrees and a MBA. In his spare time, Vinny enjoys traveling, hiking, and smoking a rack of ribs. Vinny lives in Dallas with his wife and two kids.
